Everything is itemised. Labour, materials, fixtures — all broken down clearly. If it's not in the quote, you won't be charged for it without your approval first.
Yes. We hold a QBCC builder's licence and carry full public liability and home warranty insurance. Happy to provide certificates on request.
We stand behind our work. You get a 12-month defect liability period. If something isn't right, we'll fix it. That's what the warranty is for.
